As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges and discover their capacity for healing and growth. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is built on a strong, collaborative relationship, and I walk alongside my clients while they explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change. Together, we identify meaningful goals, build on existing strengths, and develop practical tools to support growth and healing.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma informed care. I am here to help clients develop healthy coping skills to manage PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you are processing past experiences, feeling overwhelmed, stuck or simply seeking support during a challenging season, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, valued and empowered. My heart for this work comes from a deep belief that every person has the capacity for healing and growth. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, find hope, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being.

I have a master’s degree in social work from Capella University and worked for several years as a school counselor before getting my clinical license in social work. I am the proud wife of a pastor and love spending time baking, spending time with family and playing the piano and singing on the worship team at our church. In our free time we love mountain biking, camping, traveling and spending time with our beloved dogs, Hank and Dale.
