Clinical Social Worker Associate
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with couples, teens, and adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a space for practical skill building, support, and healing. I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps many people process painful experiences and move forward with hope. Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gottman Family Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more.
Outside the office, I’m a wife, a new mom, a musician, and someone who loves the gym, hiking, and pickleball. My Christian faith is central to my life and shapes the compassion and grace I bring to my work. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and, if desired, I’m happy to incorporate Christian faith into our sessions.
Healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward lasting healing and growth. I truly love what I do so if you’re ready to take the next step—or simply want to see if we’re a good fit—I would be honored to connect with you.
